These Terms & Conditions (“Termsâ€) govern your use of the Ariyo Hospitality website and your booking of accommodation and services offered by ARIYO Hotels, Resorts & Villas, including stays at Ariyo Villa – Neral (“Propertyâ€, “weâ€, “usâ€). By making a booking enquiry or staying with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and written or confirmed communication from our team.
- A booking is confirmed only after we accept your request and you receive confirmation along with payment instructions, if applicable.
- Guest details provided at the time of booking must be accurate. We reserve the right to refuse check-in if information is false or incomplete.
2. Rates, Payments & Security Deposit
- Rates, packages, and inclusions will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
- A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is mandatory at check-in. Any damage to the property, equipment, or furnishings may be deducted from this deposit, with supporting details shared with the guest where applicable.
- Additional services (meals, barbeque, DJ, decoration, foam party, etc.) are chargeable unless explicitly included in your package.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (strict).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability and additional charges.
- All guests must present original government-issued photo ID and valid address proof at check-in.
4. Occupancy & Guest Conduct
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Visitors must be approved by management.
- Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party and must respect neighbours, staff, and property rules.
- Loud music, illegal activities, or use of prohibited substances on the premises are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- The Property is offered for lawful residential holiday use only, not for commercial events unless prior written approval is granted.
5. Property Rules — Pool & Facilities
- Drinking, smoking, or eating inside the swimming pool is strictly prohibited.
- Only swimming costumes or nylon apparel are allowed in the pool. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times near the pool and outdoor areas.
- Guests use all facilities (pool, machaan, bar area, games, etc.) at their own risk.
6. Care of Property
Guests must keep the villa, furniture, linens, kitchenware, and outdoor areas in good condition. Loss or damage to property, including missing items, may be charged at replacement or repair cost in addition to any security deposit adjustment.
7. Meals & Services
Where meals are included or ordered, menu options and timings will be shared by our team. Dietary preferences (veg/non-veg) should be communicated in advance. We are not liable for allergic reactions unless prior written notice and reasonable accommodation were requested and agreed.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 15 days before check-in: Full refund of advance paid, minus payment gateway or processing charges if any.
- 7–15 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount may be retained; balance refunded.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund, except at our sole discretion or under force majeure (see below).
- No-shows are treated as cancellation within 7 days and are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability and revised rates for peak dates.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or utility failures. In such cases, we will work with guests on rescheduling or credit where appropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ariyo Hospitality shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or enjoyment. Our total liability for any claim relating to a stay shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.
11. Website Use
Website content is for general information. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or amenities are error-free. We may update listings and policies without notice.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
